The Digicon Catrax Fit access control turnstile is the best option for projects where quality and aesthetics are of great relevance. The Catrax Fit was developed to suit any type of project and budget. This newly launched product arrives to complete the line of Digicon Catrax turnstiles, seeking to offer the market a robust, well-finished and efficient product, at a reduced price.

Functions and Features

• • Closing mechanism activated by electromagnets instead of solenoids, providing greater product reliability;
  • Rotation signals generated by optical sensors without mechanical contact, avoiding wear.
  • Carbon steel cabinet, with electrostatic powder paint. Arms made of polished stainless steel;
  • The top cover has an easily configured stainless steel plate and finished in high impact injected plastic, offering resistance and rounded edges, together with an excellent appearance;
  • Two automotive bearings increase product life, avoiding unnecessary maintenance;
  • High performance mechanism for high flow operations;
  • The turnstile rotates free in case of emergency or lack of energy;
  • Easily adapted and integrated to any terminal / technology. Catrax Fit allows easy installation of barcode, proximity or smart card readers on the top or side surface of the equipment;
  • Controller board (interface between turnstile and integrator controller) mounted in SMD process, has electromagnet protection system, configurable and offers 4 inputs and 2 outputs. It allows configuration of the 4 options: block the two senses, release one direction, block the other. It allows configuring passage times and available return signals informing user passage;
  • High performance power source (input 90 to 250 VAC and output 12VDC / 2A). It has protection against power cuts;

Optionally the equipment can be supplied with operation pictograms. Visual signaling through green arrow indicating access allowed and red (X) indicating access denied
