HandPunch 1000E Biometric

HandPunch 1000E brings you the most effective Ethernet solution for employee time attendance and workforce management which allows you to communicate with a host computer over your already installed Ethernet local area network (LAN) thru TCP/IP. Allegion Biometric Attendance Systems are equipped with hand geometry technology. Every time the employee places their hand into the HandPunch 1000E terminal, the camera takes a three dimensional scan of the length, width and height. It then turns the image into an algorithm and saves it for future verification.

Hand Geometry Technology

With proven biometric technology for hand geometry, the HandPunch 1000E from Allegion Biometric Attendance System, captures an image of the hand each time an employee clocks-in or clocks-out. The hands shape and size is used to verify their identity with amazing accuracy. No palm prints or fingerprints are utilized. The technology works well in harsh environments as well as indoors.

Antimicrobial Protection

HandPunch 1000E biometric hand scanner come with a silver based anti-microbial agent which is integrated into the materials used to replicate the platen. This provides a finish that prohibits the growth of bacteria, mold and fungi. This remains active for the life of the HandPunch.

Hand Outline

The HandPunch 1000E includes a blue outline of a hand printed on the platen. This hand outlines is provided to assist new users in placing their hand accurately on the clocks platform thus decreasing initial enrollment time and better enrollment quality.
