Turnstile gate access control includes Tripod Turnstile, Swing gate, Flap barrier, Drop arm barrier, and Speedgate. Commonly also known as pedestrian entrance control, the purpose of these devices is to control people that are entering an Office building, School building, Shopping Mall, Labour Camp building, or campus premises.

Typically office buildings in the city center or the busy Central business districts (CBD) areas in UAE – Dubai, Abu Dhabi where heavy human traffic comes in and out via the building entrance on an everyday basis.
The front desk reception staff such as receptionists or security guards stationed there have the duty to ensure that everyone who enters this building truly belongs here and the people that don’t belong there will be filtered out by the access control authenticating solution integrated into the turnstile gate access control.

Depending on your operational security requirements, the Speedgate barrier gate turnstile can either operate as a stand-alone unit or work as part of an integrated access control system.
The Speedgate Barrier is compatible with various Access Control reader Interfaces such as;
1. Collection Visitor identification Card issued back into the system
2. Wire Remote Control of Speedgate barrier for a fast manual override
3. Biometric (Facial, Fingerprint, Finger Vein recognition) /Proximity/ Magnetic Smart card, Printed Barcodes or PIN code Access, Reader
4. Labour Count.
5. Coin or Token Collector.
6. Access Push Button Activation.
7. Time & Attendance Tracking of Employees
